Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on optimizing, repairing, and upgrading AV and smart space systems.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of audio-visual, networking, control systems, and security equipment — resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
- Service Coordination: Identify, quote, and manage necessary repairs or upgrades, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of client needs.
- Documentation: Log all service activities, updates, and client interactions accurately using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, service, and trade teams to ensure seamless, cohesive service delivery.
- Administration: Manage a dedicated client book, expand relationships as needed, and report results and improvements to leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience — required. Candidates without demonstrated AV field experience will not be considered.
- Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration strongly preferred.
- Savant / Crestron certification (preferred)
- Lutron lighting & shades experience a plus
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in varied physical conditions.
